At StandOut Transitional Housing, we believe every young women (18-23 years old) deserves the chance to stand on their own with confidence and stability.
Our program provides structure, support, and opportunity for youth transitioning out of foster care or unstable environments.
Residents receive hands-on guidance to develop life skills, set achievable goals, and make steady progress toward independence — one step at a time.

What We Offer

All residents are enrolled in the Breaking Barriers Boot Camp program to receive personalized growth plans, weekly group sessions, and ongoing mentorship.

For Our Mothers
"​​Support for Mothers and Children"
We provide private rooms for mothers with children, offering a peaceful space to grow while pursuing your goals.
​
Resident Support Care is available for parents who are working, enrolled in school, or participating in approved training.
This short-term childcare assistance provides a safe space for your child while you take steps toward stability.
